The German aftermarket tuner has turned its attention to Mercedes' latest BMW M5 fighter.Wheelsandmore has just unveiled photos and details of its latest tuning project that focused on the new Mercedes-Benz E63 AMG S-Model. To clear things up for everyone, the S-Model is basically the replacement for the AMG Performance Package; same idea, different name. The S-Model trim gives the E63 AMG a slightly more powerful version of its twin-turbocharged 5.5-liter V8, which now delivers 577 horsepower and 590 lb-ft of torque.
Those are already impressive numbers, but the tuner felt they weren’t good enough. As such, output has been increased to 700 hp and 811 lb-ft. This was done by tweaking with the muscle sedan’s ECU, adding a new exhaust system and a CRP-F1 power kit. The exterior has also been beefed up a bit thanks to a lowered suspension, side skirts and new 20-inch alloy wheels. Pricing for the performance and exterior body kits have yet to be revealed.
